A. We care for all major brands of strollers and car seats. Parts may need to be ordered for some brands, check with us to find out about your specific needs!
Q. What types of products do you use to clean?
A. We are proud to feature Shaklee Organic Cleaning Products. They are 100% eco-friendly, biodegradable, fragrance free and especially gentle against baby’s sensitive skin! Shaklee products were also featured on Oprah’s “My Favorite Things 2007″ and we couldn’t love them more ourselves!
Q. Why should I take my stroller or car seat in to be cleaned when I can probably do it myself?
A. Truth be told, any savvy parent or caregiver could probably give their baby’s ride a decent once over, but why bother with the mess, and the hours of scrubbing when you can let the experts take care of everything for you! We begin by taking apart the entire car seat or stroller and focusing on each individual component. The fabric, for example, may be hand washed multiple times if needed. In the case of the strollers, the tires, which often accumulate an unsightly buildup of hair, dirt and debris, will be meticulously picked clean so that your stroller not only looks immaculate but feels like it too!
Q. What is the number one reason that people use your service?
A. Many parents love our detail shop for the speediness, others for the sheer kick of seeing their stroller or car seat sparkle like new again. Most parents, however, have a second or third baby on the way and just want a fresh, clean, sanitized place for their new addition; and don’t all babies deserve to be treated like they were the first?
Q. What is the average wait time to have my stroller or car seat detailed?
A. Most services generally 24 hours to allow for complete drying of fabric before being assembled back on to the product. Special Speed Cleans can be arranged if time is an issue – just ask!
Q. Do you pick up and deliver? How much does it cost?
A. Yes! For your convenience we do offer pick up and delivery: Anywhere in the City of San Francisco – a flat fee of $10.00 per way/outside of the city $1.00 per mile + bridge toll. Los Angeles – $2.00 per mile. Please check with other locations for rates in other cities
Q. I would like to drop my stroller off myself but I have a little one in the car, can you come out to meet me?
A. Absolutely! Just give us a call when you plan to come by and we will meet you curbside so you don’t need to wake your sleeping angel!
Q. What types of payment do you accept?
A. We accept cash, travelers checks, personal checks and all major credit cards. Checks can be made out to Buggy Bubbles.
Q. Do you offer gift certificates?
A. Gift certificates are available and can be made in any denomination for any cleaning service. Gift certificates are presented on quality card stock with a colorful envelope and seal.
